I always get a headache when I go as the lines are terribly long and the lighting is trash. The employee's are nice, but the majority of the shoppers aren't. Last time I went, there wasn't a single jug of milk left. I went to the register to check out, and there was a convenience store owner buying 4 carts worth of things; including a cart full of gallons of milk to resell... I later saw them loading it in the open bed of a pick up truck in the middle of summer... Resale of refrigerated products like that shouldnt be allowed without strict tempature and transportation guidelines, requiring signed agreements and enforcing compliance. I think its ridiculous that these people can go in the same check out line as regular shoppers, and clear inventory like that. You should make a separate membership for them; requiring them to agree to use safe food handling practices. Provide them with a separate check out line, as well as require them to fill out a request if they are getting more than 20 of the same item at a time...

I did curbside pickup, my order was brought out quickly and was accurate. I am a member who has shopped inside the story before and never had a bad experience. If you want the guarantee of your items in stock, the earlier you place your order, the better.

The store is great! Prices of gas is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing wrong are some customers. Witnessed a guy giving an employee a hard time over something that was not the store's or the employee's fault. At the gas pump I had a guy honking his horn because he wanted me to hurry up. That only made me go slower. Glad to be a BJ's customer.

I visited the Dartmouth BJ’s location today intending to purchase patio furniture priced around $1,600. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was so poor that I ended up not buying anything. I was directed to the customer service desk, but no one was there. I had to get the attention of two employees, Philip and Julienne, who were talking to each other instead of helping customers. They showed little interest in assisting us, quickly walked away, and went back to talking to each other, leaving my husband and me waiting. The lack of basic customer service was very frustrating, especially for such a large purchase. Because of this, we left without buying the furniture. BJ’s should consider retraining their staff on proper customer engagement and prioritizing shoppers who need help. A little attentiveness would go a long way.

I wish I could give no stars for the north dartmouth ma location as it was my sons 2nd birthday and I went there to order the cake when I pick it up the cake was a made horribly. First the picture was not centered and in 2 different shades of color. second the picture on one side was lifted. Third the red trim had white in it. Fourth the cake itself was not cooked even in the pan it was higher on one side then the other. When asked to talk to someone the lady who did the cake said that's how it's suppose to be so when to speak to a manager and the manager could of cared less gave 3 off like that was going to solve the problem. I had no other choice to take it because it was an hour before the party I will definitely not be ordering again from there.
